Refund Process: Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days after verification; for COD orders, a PayU link will be emailed to collect bank details.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
