Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We at Kannan Couture want you to love every outfit you purchase from us. To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we currently offer exchange only — refunds are not applicable except for damaged or incorrect products. Please read the details below carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Modification and Cancellation

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
  • If you wish to cancel or make changes, please email us promptly at support@kannancouture.com with your order number.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of size issues or damaged/incorrect items. Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not available.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • A nominal handling fee of ₹150 applies per exchange request to cover logistics and processing costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@kannancouture.com.
  • Kindly record a video while unboxing your order to support your claim.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

  • Refunds are processed only in cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., out-of-stock or unserviceable area).
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after verification.
  • COD Orders: A secure Razorpay link will be shared via email to collect your bank details for refund processing.
  • The handling charge (₹150) and shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, please email us promptly at support@kannancouture.com with your order number and issue details.
  • Once approved, our courier partner will collect the product within 3–5 working days.
  • Replacement or exchanged products are shipped within 10–12 working days of pickup confirmation.
  • Each item can be exchanged only once per order.
