Return & Exchange Policy

We at Kannan Couture want you to love every outfit you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we offer a simple and transparent 7-day return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

1. Order Modification and Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once 24 hours have passed, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible as the order moves into processing.
If you wish to make changes, please contact us promptly at support@kannancouture.com.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Accessories, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
A handling charge of ₹150 applies for processing each return or exchange request.

3. Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email at support@kannancouture.com.
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your parcel as proof to support your claim.
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.

5. Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
COD Orders: A secure Razorpay link will be shared via email to collect your bank details for processing the refund.
Please note that the handling charge (₹150) and shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed within 10–12 days from the pickup date.
A product can only be exchanged once per order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Dashboard on https://kannancouture.com/returns and follow the instructions. You’ll receive updates by email once your request is approved.
